Orange County Cactus will pack orders on Sunday and ship on Monday each week. If we have to cut your cactus fresh, please allow 7-10 days to dry before shipping. All sales final, no returns unless approved by Orange County Cactus.

Domestic Shipping
Orders shipping within the United States with USPS Mail may have delivery confirmation functionality. USPS  with an estimated delivery time, but this is not a guaranteed shipping time. An automated email with tracking will be sent once the tracking number is assigned, which can be tracked at USPS.com.

UPS Ground shipping time depends on delivery location and can be up to 5 business days. To get delivery estimates prior to making an order check UPS.com. All UPS shipments will require a signature unless requested otherwise. An automated email with tracking will be sent once the tracking number is assigned.

All shipping estimates for USPS and UPS are from the time of pickup and do not take into account order processing time.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Orders $125 and over receive free shipping. Orders under $125 will be charged $9.99. Priority shipping is $15.00

International Shipping
Orange County Cactus does not ship international orders by default. If you're located outside of the United States please send us an email for a shipping quote.

Online Orders - Return Policy
All sales final, no returns unless approved by Orange County Cactus.

Contacting Orange County Cactus prior to shipping a return is required. Please send us an email with the following information:

• Full Name
• Address
• Order Number / Receipt
• Where you purchased the product
• What product you purchased
• Why you want to return the product.

Please pack carefully. Use a shipping box for packing your return. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance. If you want to know when the item arrives to San Pedro Depot you will need to keep the tracking number, as we have a lot of shipments coming in. Lost packages happen; these measures will help protect you from loss.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. An automatic email will be sent once the return is processed to notify you. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.
