Comes directly from Lima Peru from Manuel Rama Terra (MT). He wrote to me " I got that one on my 2024 trip to Peru from a contact in Lima, a guy that sells plants in a market in the outskirts , who grows the variegated version (this version) of Casa Norte. He told me it was from the north province of Piura and that's all I know about it.

I personally love the darker green and much lighter hue of variegation. To me it strikes a different vibe than most other variegated plants I have encountered. 

We are propagating this clone for the next year and will release some as soon as we can!
