The Colossus × VRG hybrid is a true masterpiece for collectors of distinct botanical aesthetics. Its maternal lineage stems from Colossus, a legendary clone renowned for producing massive, deeply notched, and wonderfully robust columns. The paternal contributor is the famed VRG (Variegated Red Grandiflorus), an heirloom clone celebrated for injecting vibrant red, orange, and peach-pink floral hues into its offspring while passing down a heightened genetic probability for skin variegation.

This exceptional heritage means each seed-grown plant develops its own individual character — alternating between flawless, stocky pillars and beautifully localized skin mutations. When mature, it rewards growers with large, multi-colored nocturnal blossoms that contrast brilliantly against a deep forest-green epidermis. Variants marked "showing variegation" have confirmed visible variegation.
